The pot sits in an on-chain escrow. Nobody can touch it, including us.
At the deadline a Pyth price decides. The winner gets the pot minus 2%, and posts the receipt.
Coin vs coin performance, a price above or below a level, or a market cap target, all settled by an oracle price at the deadline.
Nothing is locked until someone accepts. Unaccepted callouts expire at the deadline and cost nothing.
An on-chain escrow program. It releases the pot only to the winner, as decided by the oracle price.
